Expunge Your New Jersey Criminal Record

A record of a criminal conviction or arrest can negatively impact a person’s quality of life. It can prevent a person from obtaining employment and jeopardize professional licensing. Thankfully, New Jersey allows for the expungement of such criminal records. Contact an Expungement Attorney to learn if you are eligible to have your criminal record expunged.
Don’t let your criminal record stop you from living your life. Our attorneys handle expungements for convictions, arrests, juvenile offenses, disorderly persons, petty disorderly persons and dismissals. It is important to understand that even if a case was dismissed, the arrest, charges and other criminal proceedings remain on your record. Employers, licensing departments, School Admission departments and other agencies perform background checks when assessing a candidate or applicant. Expunging your record prevents these agencies from knowing you ever had a criminal record.
